How Kundalini Yoga Helped Me With Awareness and Courage

My name is Claudette Renee Lyons and I am a kundalini yoga instructor. I have been practicing kundalini yoga for over 10 years and I can say that it has changed my life in many positive ways. Kundalini yoga is a form of yoga that combines physical exercises, breathing techniques, meditation, and chanting to awaken the kundalini energy that lies dormant at the base of the spine. Kundalini energy is the creative and spiritual force that can transform our consciousness and help us reach our highest potential.

One of the benefits of kundalini yoga that I have experienced is increased awareness. Awareness is the ability to be present and mindful of ourselves and our surroundings. It is also the ability to recognize and accept our thoughts, feelings, and sensations without judgment. Awareness helps us to connect with our inner wisdom and intuition, and to make conscious choices that align with our true self. Kundalini yoga helps me to cultivate awareness by bringing my attention to my breath, my body, and my energy. It also helps me to clear my mind from distractions and to focus on the present moment. Through kundalini yoga, I have learned to be more aware of my physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual states, and to balance them harmoniously.

Another benefit of kundalini yoga that I have experienced is increased courage. Courage is the ability to face our fears and challenges with confidence and determination. It is also the ability to act on our values and beliefs, and to express ourselves authentically. Courage helps us to overcome obstacles and to pursue our goals and dreams. Kundalini yoga helps me to develop courage by strengthening my nervous system, my immune system, and my willpower. It also helps me to release negative emotions and to cultivate positive ones. Through kundalini yoga, I have learned to be more courageous in facing my fears and in following my heart.

Kundalini yoga has helped me to become more aware and courageous in my life. It has also helped me to discover and fulfill my purpose as a kundalini yoga instructor.
