Where Breath, Awareness, and Inner Awakening Meet

I began teaching Kundalini Yoga in 2013, but the truth is, this practice found me long before I ever stepped into the role of instructor. It arrived during a chapter of deep searching, healing, and transformation. I didn’t just learn Kundalini Yoga… I lived it.

It rewired my nervous system, opened my intuition, strengthened my spirit, and reintroduced me to the power that had always lived inside me.

For more than a decade, I’ve been guiding students through this sacred practice: breathwork, mantra, movement, meditation, and the profound stillness that awakens the inner self. My approach is both spiritual and practical, rooted in ancient teachings, yet grounded in the modern realities of stress, trauma, and everyday life.

Kundalini Yoga is not about perfect poses.

It’s about awakening your energy.

Returning to your truth.

And learning how to remain centered even when the world feels overwhelming.

My classes invite you to:

• Strengthen the nervous system

• Expand lung capacity and breath awareness

• Release stored emotional tension

• Calm the mind and increase clarity

• Ignite the intuitive heart

• Experience deep peace and inner balance

As a Certified Hypnotherapist, NLP Specialist, and long‑time meditation guide, I weave together breath, consciousness, and subtle‑body awareness to create sessions that feel both transformative and nourishing. Students often describe my classes as grounding, activating, and deeply healing, an experience of coming home to themselves.

Kundalini Yoga changed the way I breathe, the way I move, and the way I live.
It is my honor to share this practice with you, to hold space for your awakening, and to remind you, through every breath, that your inner light is far more powerful than any challenge you face.

If you feel called to this path, trust that calling.

Your soul already knows the way.
