Step 1: Recall a Moment of Courage

Choose one single moment, big or small, when you felt brave, clear, or powerful.

Let it rise in your mind.

Step 2: Step Into the Scene

Notice what you saw, heard, and felt. Let the colors intensify. Let the sounds become fuller. Let the feeling expand through your body.

Step 3: Locate the Feeling in Your Body

Where does courage live for you? Your chest? Your stomach? Your spine?

Place your hand on that exact spot.

Step 4: Create Your Anchor

Squeeze your thumb and index finger together gently while focusing on that courageous moment.

Hold for a slow count of 5.

This creates a neurological “link” between your physical touch and the emotional state of courage.

Step 5: Activate It Anytime

Whenever doubt, negativity, or someone’s attempt to tear you down surfaces…simply press your thumb and index finger together again.
